I find it most interesting that if the offense is committed outside of the US, they can still charge you with it.

Whoever, without the consent of the performer or performers involved, knowingly and for purposes of commercial advantage or private financial gain and that's why good traders don't have to fear anything, and that's why places like the hub won't get into trouble so easily

not to mention, by holding up a cellphone during a concert and having someone on the other end, you are transmitting part of that performance to another location.
therefore everyone that holds up cellphones at shows should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

I wasn't implying that it applied to most good tapers. I just thought it was interesting to look at.

As soon as I manage to free some HD space. Everything is filled with captured AVIs. Unfortunately, I don't even have the space to convert them to MPEG. And I can't delete the AVIs until I have the MPEGs ;)

So, can anybody e-mail me some HD space?

Oh, and I'll probably make it a 2 SVCD set (1 DVD with PCM Audio).

now encoding: Audioslave (I have to start *somewhere*)
