What is a good program to rip audio from a dvd? I've came across several programs(it appears), but I'm not too sure which to use. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

virtul dub, smart ripper or dvddecryptor all work fine.

Virtualdub doesn't rip DVDs. Smart ripper, dvd decryptor are good, I've used both.

You are correct. I was thinking of something else (I think ripping the audio from a divx file).

Yeah it should do that fine. VD is good for any AVI stuff. I use it to cap my vids and then trim them and stuff.

i dont know why this worked... but i copied all the files from the zwan dvd to my hard drive, and opened them in a dvd program and it played smoothly without any problems.

i have yet to try this with another dvd... im sure other dvds might be more "protected" but if thats all there is to it... then thats kinda silly.
