I don't know, I think it's just because songs about "innocent youth" or whatnot are incredibly easy to relate to. Songs like that just make me go *sigh*. These type of songs are probably cheesy and all, but I like them. (like 1979)

Actually, I've listened to everything BUT the new album. This is pretty much what most songs are about: I went here, been there, was thinking of you, growing up, blah blah blah...

I have to say that Blue Skies was their best album though.
