RG3 is destined for a career revival after a few years. There's just so much potential there.

RG3 used to be an exceptional passer. And he's an intelligent QB. If he has a decent O line, works with his receivers, learns an offense, he can be successful. Maybe not top five, maybe top 8 QB. He's got great passing stats from 2012 and even 2013 when teams started to learn how to beat him.

The problem is he's insufferable and no one likes him
