The Echospace label produces brilliant dub-techno out of Detroit. Deepchord (Rod Modell) have produced some fantastic music over the years. The Liumin album is my fave!

i meant to ask if anyone knows of any era-specific dj mixes from this genre. you know, not a compilation of some of the best songs, but a dj set or mixtape from one of the people in the scene at the time it was happening.

kind of like Daniele Baldelli with afro funky or w/e its called http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Afro/Cosmic_music
