View Full Version : ******* saturday in the title, thanks toase 06-07-2014, 01:25 AM I'm drunk, ask me anything  Sonic Johnny 06-07-2014, 01:37 AM why do good things happen to bad people toase 06-07-2014, 01:45 AM Easy... There is no such thing as good/bad thing/people, it all depends, as Einstein said... Unless if we are talking about Futureboy, futureboy is bad, but I don't know if bad or good things happen to him... meanwhile Trotskilicious 06-07-2014, 01:52 AM good things happen to the worst people Trotskilicious 06-07-2014, 01:52 AM for example, donald sterling says something completely racist, then during his apology on national television victim blames magic johnson for his HIV and now he's selling his team for 2 billion dollars The exploding boy 06-07-2014, 01:56 AM well he was already rich. there's no way his life could get really bad no matter what he said. Trotskilicious 06-07-2014, 02:08 AM yeah but ultimately saying racist shit netted him 2 billion dollars Toast 06-07-2014, 02:16 AM I'm drunk, ask me anything  Has the world learned anything from the Holocaust? toase 06-07-2014, 02:17 AM Maybe I'm not as drunk as I thought I was... So i think I need to apologize Futureboy, I love you and I fantasise about you in my bed (I mean, if you do look like your superman avatar)... xoxoxoxo toase 06-07-2014, 02:42 AM Adiós amigos The exploding boy 06-07-2014, 02:47 AM Dont kill yourself man. Life is worth living if you're happy. toase 06-07-2014, 02:55 AM I think I've woken up my roomate right now. But he is also my landlord, so I'm very fucked Hello toase 06-07-2014, 03:10 AM The Stars (japanese) are making me losing it toase 06-07-2014, 03:28 AM Ok, two bottles of chilean wine righjt now, and one bottle of uruguayan beer, you either ask me anything right now, or never.... ANGER Related: can any of you Americans point me to an online source where I can find out the usual procedure when you get arrested for DUI? I'm trying to find the legal limit for how long they can keep you after the first arrest. Is this something that's handled differently from state to state? Saturday morning is not a good time to find out such things. pavementtune 06-07-2014, 10:13 AM I found all the actual blabla legislation, but nothing on HOW LONG THEY CAN KEEP YOU right away. FFs. First Offense – one (1) year loss of drivers license; possible imprisonment of one year; maximum fine of $2,500; DUI victim impact panel required. Id. § 5/11-501(c)(1). Generally, the driver is then released on bond and given a court date as well as notice that their driver’s license will be suspended in 46 days. says jackshit what THEN is. Order 66 06-07-2014, 10:52 AM i don't know... usually when you're detained it's about 12 hours until they can get your case sorted out or whatever. it really just depends why? you got popped with a DUI? pavementtune 06-07-2014, 11:01 AM ... Order 66 06-07-2014, 11:04 AM yeah.. 24 hours seems about average if you're a non citizen. sorry to say though i'd be surprised if they end up keeping him much longer The exploding boy 06-07-2014, 01:29 PM I "know" a waste of skin in Philly who's been arrested for DUI many times. What i can tell you is if youre somewhere where the prisons are pretty full, you can keep doing it over and over and nothing much will happen. Even if you keep doing it without a license. Its a fucking joke. Hell kill someone someday. Hopefully at least himself too. pavementtune 06-07-2014, 01:45 PM ... The exploding boy 06-07-2014, 01:53 PM I was speaking in general. And mainly just venting about how they don't really give that much of shit about drunk driving. Not enough for jail time anyway. Which is horrible. toase 06-11-2014, 12:20 AM I'm so glad I don't have a license... I was so drunk I got into a fight with a good friend of mine, of course I was in no condition of hitting anything. barely could stand up, and he is somewhat experienced in judo or something, so I got in someone else's taxi (? don't ask me how) and came home without my keys, so I knocked the and rang the bell with no response, it was pretty late and my roommate didn't answer the call, so I went to the stairs of the building to take a nap, some time passed and the janitor, some scared couple and the cops woke me up on the stairs, I told them the situation and they said I was knocking the doors to the wrong floor, the (upstairs) neighbors got scared and called the cops. My roommate politely asked me to move out, but I can stay here until I find somewhere else... good night internet :erm: MyOneAndOnly 06-11-2014, 12:32 AM Your roommate sucks The exploding boy 06-11-2014, 01:02 AM I don't know, if I had a roommate that gets drunk and into fights and is so wasted he can't even figure out what apartment is his and wakes up the whole building, I'd want them to move out too. Future Boy 06-11-2014, 01:29 AM damn i missed this, no bay city for you |
