Funny, I had always wondered if Billy would ever play it this way. Except I always imagined it quiet until a ferocious Chamberlin drumroll leads into a more explosive sound, and a slight uptick in the tempo. Imagine it at "to hold off... [drumroll] the reallll slaves".

I hated all the live versions ever since the adore tour..bill should never have tampered with this, for me the song is made for playing it in acoustic only. I love playing it myself on my guitar. It's a brilliant song/take on the album
