Are those two faces on 4 different men? I treasure loud ridiculous music but this was waaaaay too predictable and that singer.. If you find a good metalish cover of an sp song, post that one!

C'mon guys, don't make fun of them. I'm sure the $1000 they paid for this promotion is really gonna get them far.

This illustrates well how good the singing in the original actually is.

i simply cannot get into music when people sing like that... i gave both songs in this thread about 25 seconds, and couldnt take it any more.

It's better than the Passion Pit thing. Passion Pit is original, but creepy. Especially when performing Tonight Tonight..

I keep asking myself how a grown man can sound like that and allow it to be distributed internationally...

The original Pumpkins version is cool because it is heavy + atmospheric with tinges of goth and industrial to give it some flavor.

This version simply manages to squeeze out all those parts of the equation that actually make it musically interesting, leaving us with something that sounds like typical MTV2 Headbangers Ball fare.

MTV2? I remember headbanger's ball back on mtv....they still play that shit? I have basic cable so I'll probably never get to see it again..

it's kind of like a bad cover version of the live arrangement played during 97. plus i dunno what is it with all these bands but they have turned the fine art of guttural screaming into a faggy thing

Totally agreed, these 'faux' death/metal type bands do my nut in.
