ilikeplanets 10-02-2010, 02:03 AM What the fuck are you? "Oh mai god I fit in because I'm an APOCALYPTIC poster and I'll just start ripping on the same person everyone else is".....I don't try to fit in. I'm just trying to state opinions and ask some interesting questions about my favorite band. Just ignore me, bub..it's clearly too much for you. Why take a cheap shot at the message board's favorite target? Oh yeah...to fit in.

Where are you seeing that?
And oh yeah that floral print is what I see in my head when I think about Alice in Wonderland, with a light lavender and mint scent. Maybe also the SP song, Daughter.
Caine Walker 10-03-2010, 12:15 AM the album artwork reminds me of baroness
New Art Rioter 10-03-2010, 05:09 AM I think the artwork is great, it's very Pumpkinsy. Far more so then anything Zeitgeist was, which looked like a nu metal album circa 2003. You could say the picture disc image and the floral artwork don't really match up, but I'd guess they are by separate designers.

I wonder if it's also done by the "my rocket science" label service

It looks like a nice package apart from the songs....

of which half you haven't heard, unless you are making a prediction
Ihaguitar 10-03-2010, 08:06 AM of which half you haven't heard, unless you are making a prediction
Well if half the songs are shit...you're paying a lot for 2 songs that might not be...
Rider 10-03-2010, 08:44 AM of which half you haven't heard, unless you are making a prediction
There is only so much turd polishing you can do in the studio. We've heard all of these and they are nothing to get excited about.
mickyshambles 10-03-2010, 10:16 AM ^ still whining on the internet. surprise surprise.
Ihaguitar 10-03-2010, 07:08 PM Are some of you still listening to this stuff? I haven't since Widow. Is any of it decent?
No
ilikeplanets 10-03-2010, 07:50 PM No certainly not...although one of the newer tracks (Freak) made it on the radio. So since B0ll has been encouraged by his success of crappy music...I would continue not listening. Why would he improve?

Yep. I just heard it played here a couple of days ago. It sounded kind of like everything else on the radio. I wonder how it will fare?

I agree completely. The Zeitgeist album design was really no different than some kind of artwork/packaging that would have worked with the new Green Day image. I like this artwork and design...so maybe I could just house my pre-Gish collection in it. :D
