for the past three years i had HD satellite just for hockey and football. now, i'm a broke student so i'm going to forgo that $120/month i was paying for tv plus the nhl and nfl packages.

i know nhl.com offers streams for $200/season but blackouts any games that are on tv, apparently which is kind of a pain.

are there any places online to stream nhl and nfl for free, preferably?

yeah, this is your best bet, i believe. i think i'm gonna be able to catch most penguins games this year. and i'll need to use it for bears games too. blech.

ATDHE is good except that sometimes with the NFL feeds the server gets overwhelmed, and the quality is usually less than high

But hey, it's free.

i was all set to pay $200 to stream the nhl, but then i realized that it wouldn't get me a single play-off game, which is pretty lame. so to spite them, i am going to do whatever i can to steal it.
