We've had it.... The cough is pretty awful. The worst part was over in about 3 days.

it all hit me like a fucking freight train last night at around 11. totally took me by surprise. it's getting worse by the hour.

get some sovereign silver and take a tsp every hour on the hour, and do that the next day too...that's what got us over it so fast. my daughter's cough sounds really scary but her fever broke in 2 days. Also get some powdered vitamin c and take 1000 mg a few times a day. It distributes much better in the system if you mix it up in some juice and drink it. Good luck!

cold preventative - garlic soup

Step One - Make some chicken broth or use chicken soup.

Step Two - Chop two cloves of garlic

Step Three - Add garlic to broth after it has come to a boil

Step Four - Drink

Step Five - chew the garlic up

Repeat 4 times a day for a couple days

This has helped me, only if I drink it before or right as i feel the symptoms. If you're already into the cold a few days it won't do much for it.
