Not that badly, but it smells awful. My hair just got near the bowl when I was lighting it and then it quickly sizzled. Only a little bit burned, but it was enough to freak a person out. It'll be in my head now everytime I try to light any sort of smoking device or candle at close distances.

one time i wasn't in the mood for standard shaving so i tried to slowly singe my hair off with a lighter. the next thing i know my face was lit up in flames. it did kind of get the job done but i don't know if i would do that again. would you do that again, banana?

So now we understand what the headband is for.
