Don't quite see the connection there.

Jigsaw Falling into Place is great.

Mediocre at best. Weird fishes is about the only radiohead song I think is alright.

We can only hope that these first 4 songs are something we can get excited about.

In 2007 I was like "woah, nine inch nails actually made an album better than the smashing pumpkins' one".

I do find myself thinking along these lines sometimes when I am listening to music I really enjoy, particularly music I'm hearing for the first time. I mean, specifically about Billy Corgan. "Man, imagine if he incorporated this kind of orchestration" and so on, you know? And I'm not really comfortable with how often that occurs.

Yeah, I really do not see how one connects to the other. You might as well be saying that it ruins all future music to be released that doesn't suck or something equally as ridiculous.

In Rainbows was good and I'm glad the band went in a different direction (loved Hail to the Theif, but it was redundant after Amnesiac) but I thought the album was waaaay overrated. I bet if SP put out an album like that it'd get bashed and/or ignored simply because they aren't radiohead

as for SP2 i'm willing to give them a pass for the mediocrity of zeitgeist because it was suppsed to be a back-to-basics affair, but Teargarden i expect to be very good

there is no connection. redbull is trying to troll the sp board like whatcolor. however where whatcolor succeeds, redbull posts and threads are met with confused responses.
