A co-worker got one; in the five minutes I played with it I preferred it over the iPhone.

The Palm Pre looks pretty cool. I have yet to really see a touch phone that i like tho, in the meantime I'll continue to use my sexy Blackberry Bold.

The no tethering, and MMS is coming but not until the end of summer. It's inexcusable that the phone hasn't done picture messaging from the beginning, but to now announce it's in place for most carriers other than AT&T is just a joke.

Although you should know that if you use an Exchange email account, it is not *fully* capable of supporting it. PIN support and remote wipe are not supported features and many organizations use them for their obvious security benefits. This is not to say that Palm does not plan on implementing those features with a software update, but the Pre does not support them at this time.

my iphone is kind os busted around the headphone jack where the volume control also happens to be. i can't use the mic on any headsets with my iPhone now [I can hear people, but they can't hear me, and no it isn't muted and yes, i used 4 defferent headsets]. Also, if I put my phone on vibrate it just vibrates all the time for no reason or if you touch it in a certain spot. i really don't feel like sending my phone off for several days so i am going to wait to buy the new one. the selling point for me is not the video cam, it's the space. no more 8gb for me.
