I haven't been around much, update me, I update you.

-Both computers have gone cqout, one to malicious virus, on to corrupted system files. I' m posting from my iPod(hence the lack of colour)
-Des is better than you
-gabby is getting more behaved every day
-escrow sucks severe ass, especially if you are high strung like me
-I like wine
-I have a few so items I am garage saleing/throwing away- anyone want for cost of shipping? I can' t promise I won't be lazy and still just garage sale them
-wow, typing on this thing gets easier and easier
- oh and that's another thing- I've decided my new comp will be a mac- the world must be ending

In yes, this is a this my veiled excuse to tell y'all we're buying a house, ex ept I can't post pictures because I has no computer. Yey?

hey ammy you'll be proud today I made bread. I'm starting a new thing.
I also got a waffle iron and I will be making those soon too.

The bread turned out great. I did a basic white for now.
Okay, I cheated: we got one of those bread makers today. But it's really cool for so many reasons and I am inspired.

I have a faboo breab maker recipe !

1 cup warm (about 110 f) water
2 1/4 tsp or one packet yeast
2 tbsp white sugar

Combine all in maker, let sit ten minutes

Toss in
3cups bread flour
1/4 cup olive oil
1tsp salt
A big sprig of fresh rosemary chopped up(maybe 1 1/2 tsp dried)
1/2 tsp or so fresh diced garlic

Cook to a light crust, about 1.5 lb loaf
