as a comedian a little of him goes a long way. i think he's better suited as a supporting character like in old school.

He was great in SNL in the 90s, but he's not that funny with just his own material. Definitely pretty good in any serious roles.

You can just go to NBC.com and watch stuff there. They might not have them up yet but the Justin Timberlake episode from last week was pretty great.
