It's not cost effective to drill for oil in Texas unless the price gets up there like it was last summer. The cheap oil's been sucked out of the ground already.

oh i know. i know there's a lot of people that still live in 1855 in east texas

but there is a lot of urban populace in texas, and being publically anti-immigrant in south texas is a bit of a death sentence. and still my point stands, where's all the anti-immigrant legislation?
