I just made the greatest salad ever of arugula, peppers, and walnuts mixed with a bit of olive oil and orange muscat champagne vinegar topped with two pear halves and two wedges of Laughing Cow garlic and herb cheese. Served with a pita and garlic hummus.

What about you?

I had some roasted red pepper hummus with little pita bits. So, sort of like your dinner, minus the really awesome sounding salad.

We've all done very well. I wonder if I would actually like potato salad if I had it with homemade mayo. Hm.

That was lunch. Some sort of pesto chicken pasta thing.

I find the swedish meatballs disturbingly good.

I just started them today.. I have a freezer full.. It wasn't as bad as i expected I just need to get used to eating so little.. i used to eat like 3/4 a pizza for dinner, which has never been an issue because I am young.. but im trying to nip that habit in the bud before it becomes a problem

i havent eaten in two days and my thinking is starting to clear up. all that food people cram down their throats is made of nothing but intoxicants and toxins... plus one meal has enough calories to keep you going for a month..
