Yes an 8 year old should be tried like an adult, good call.
I heard that some councilman from New Jersey pissed on all these people from the balcony of this club I go to a lot last night. All he said to reporters was that he is swearing off alcohol, lol.

They should also make the judge and jury 8 years old so atleast they can empathise with morality at that age.
