My ex got our dog in the breakup so I've been in the market for a new hound. I know a guy who breeds k9s for police and homeland security and he hooked me up with this german shepherd cutie from European bloodlines (less chance of hip dysplasia). I've only had her about 26 hours and she's been running me ragged. Combine that with babysitting my nephew today and I'm pretty frazzled running on no sleep. Man she's going to be an awesome dog. She has gotten accustomed to the house really quickly, has only had one accident and is now alerting at the door when she needs to do her sinful business. I've got quite a bit of experience training dogs but am considering spending a bit more money having the breeder assist me in command training in order to get her as obedient as her police and military cousins.

I once caught my whole family performing sexual intercourse on a dog like that. Taking turns, over and over again.

I'm not sure if police dogs would make good pets, but they always do in movies.

Dude they're awesome when not working though I wouldn't want the pursuit or aggression training... just the obedience aspects. The guy who I got her from worked as a K9 officer/trainer for the Sheriff's office for like 15 years and the dude is like the fucking dog whisperer. I swear his dogs understand English.

Not yet. I'm torn as I've always spayed my dogs but have had no less than 4-5 of my friends say they would be interested in a puppy. I'm just afraid of the health concerns and will more than likely have the procedure done when she's old enough.
