Ever since Arrested Development I've been a huge fan, and his stand-up is pretty awesome as well. Plus I noticed him in quite a lot of movies.

Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job... but his roles in the show have been some its least funny moments to me, although he's pretty funny in general.
