I can update the antivirus program and it downloads the files, but explorer and firefox both say that can't connect to the internet. Any ideas? Windows Vista

Firewall, maybe? Or your anti-virus software is blocking them?

I will check those two things tomorrow. If I can't figure it out I might have to get Monte IT on the case.
