tunebite. it has to actually "play" the song to convert it (conversion time=song time but it's doing some sort of digital recording) but, depending on your pc, it can do up to 4 songs at once.

i think you could compile something similar to the old fairuse4wm or whatever it was called but i'm unaware of where/how to do such a thing. it would be considerably faster than tunebite though.
