I haven't dled it yet, what makes it bad?

Like it fine, now that I've gotten used to it.

I downloaded it at work and found that it would freeze at least twice a day during normal, every day tasks. I switched back to Firefox 2 and haven't had a problem. The address log kind of sucks too and I couldn't get the add-on for the old bar to work.

For one, it's displaying Netphoria all sorts of fucked up. And the back button is ginormous. I have to go find a theme, I guess.

The latest update fixed some annoying stuff so I'm using it again.

I'm sure you can find Firefox 2 somewhere.

No argument here. Just not the bug free uber browser the fan boys were going on about. It took me about 15 minutes to find the first bug in it.

i think we can all agree that trusting the opinion of anyone classifiable as a "browser fanboy" is a pretty bad plan

Yeah it was kind of shocking to see Mozilla has fan boys on the same level as apple fan boys. The whole blind devotion section of our current culture is really starting to bother me.

For example I play Lord of the Rings Online and the servers are crashing like crazy the past month. Anyone who complains is quickly attacked by fan boys "Hey you can't complain other games crash way more often." When I explained to them comparing something marginally horrible to something that's horrible is not really a valid argument they seemed to have major problems getting my point.

We really are turning into sheep where it's bad to ever complain about anything and you should always be grateful because it could be worse. Just look at the SP board, perfect example.

My complaint is it seems to load much slower / more jagged than previous versions.
