Hi All,
Long time Pumpkins fan, first time poster. Been collecting stuff since Gish. However, now over 30, a dad, and feel like letting some of my collection go.

I've never kept an eye on prices of stuff I have. I've found somethings online which are rough guides, but few of them seem to concur with each other. And some of my stuff doesn't appear on ebay. I figure this is a good place to ask.

Anyway, would be grateful if anyone could give me some ideas of rough prices I could ask for for the following items:

1. I Am One 10 inch single, very good condition. Slight wear lower left, little creasing lower right.

2. Tristessa 12 inch single, Sub Pop, black vinyl. Good condition. Some sun bleaching to top third of front cover

3. Siva 12 inch black vinyl single. V good condition.

9. Rotten Apples promo only CD with legal notice sticker and insert

10: Two blue Adore/ Machina (?) era plectrums, 2 green ones.

There's a story behind the last two. I used to have a friend who knew I was a massive pumpkins fan. His wife's brother was a good friend of Billy, apparently. One christmas, my friend was over in the states visiting the wife's brother. They'd told him about this crazy english kid who was a massive fan, and Billy had (so I was told by my friend when he gave me these items as a xmas present one year) given the wife's brother the album and plectrums to pass on to me. This would have been around 2000 - 2001, something like that.

So... would be grateful for your thoughts. They're all up for sale. If any of our transatlantic cousins want to buy them, I can get postage prices for you.

Hope I haven't violated any board rules. Don't think I have, from reading what I could find, but please point it out if I have.

Thanks.

Oh, also Peel Sessions on CD, and following CD singles, which I figures aren't as important as some of the above: I am one, Cherub Rock, disarm, today, TEITBITE, ava adore, perfect 1, perfect 2, stand inside your love and try try try.

Also, also: Let It Come Down by James Iha and CD single of Be Strong Now from that album.

Thank you for that. I thought they were, but couldn't recall logo dates. I went to see them on the Machina Tour at Birmingham NEC on penultimate UK date (very disappointing, to be honest, having seen them play a small venue in Wolverhampton on Siamese Dream tour) but from my memory, that was after my mate gave me the picks.

Ah, well, memory playing tricks on me.

Thanks again.

I don't think any of these are worth significant money. Like $10 each, at most? They were all pretty widely available.

Exactly. Hence putting them after the main listing, but just wanted to make sure.

I don't suppose you remember any details as far as setlists from the Wolverhampton show, do you? I run a setlist/recording archive and there's virtually no info on that show (http://www.splra.org/wiki/index.php?title=Tsp1993-09-11)

1. I Am One 10 inch single, near immaculate condition
Picture (WARNING: high def) http://www.lawboy.co.uk/pumpkins/one.jpg

that sleeve doesn't look "near immaculate" to me.

Because it's full of Dingles who don't know what their name is, let alone what is happening around them

Hi Spaldz: I was at University in Exeter at the time. You a baggies fan?

Icecream: Amended. I imagine you're looking at the lower edge of the sleeve as well, which is reflecting the flash. That was, however, why I used the word "near".

Hi Redbull. Drown was played near the middle of the set. The Verve were the support group. The last encore was "Sweet, Sweet", which Billy did a cappela, if I recall correctly (i.e. no instruments, just singing while we sang along or clapped. Ever come across that before?) Most of siamese dream was played, if not all. I am one definitely was. I think Starla may have been, and Rhinoceros. Something from Lull was as well, but I can't recall which one.

I can tell you some of the banter: The venue has seats in a balcony around 3 sides of the upper part of the venue. Downstairs is standing only. D'arcy pointed at the people sitting upstairs and asked those of us in the pit "are those people sitting down up there like your grandparents or something?"

i think most items in that list aren't worth that much. say $10-$25.

the more valuable items are: i am one 10" ($50), siva 12" ($50-75) and siamese singles ($75-100).
i'm not sure if the 10" and the 12" actually go for this much on ebay.

tristessa 12" would have been worth a bit more if it didn't have the sun damage.

Redbull: Just looked at your page. Yep, that's the right date, and you knew about the verve already. Cool. And now you've got some banter. Heh heh. Happy to be able to help.

I wish I could recall the first song now. I just remember when Drown was played I was surrounded by a bunch of really close friends, and it was an incredible moment. Oh, god, just seen the banter from 1993-09-09. Yes, he did that in the middle of I Am One! That was awesome.
