I just did a shitload of downloading. I think Karate is fucking fantastic. And I'll probably like Joan of Arc because I like the Owls.

Hideous, cloying, tuneless, pretentious shit with no redeeming qualities. These fuckheads should have all quit after Cap'n Jazz.

Kill the Kinsellas.

The owls are great. Plus, you sound like pitchfork.

Joan of Arc, for the most part, is pretty terrible. Most of it is bullshit, but they do have a couple songs I enjoy.

I love everything I've heard by the Red Stars Theory. If you haven't downloaded "A Sailor's Warning," do it. Wow.

i've only heard idaho, joan of arc, and karate, but i quite like all three bands. i'd have to say idaho is the best. if you like red house painters, low, or even nirvana you'll probably like idaho.

Karate are fucking sellouts. Same with Joan of Arc. Try a band like Reave the Just, they're sort of a bit the same, only without the groping for a record deal.
