This week I have mainly been listening to New Adventures in Hi-fi. I'm not really liking Accelerate that much however, it feels slightly forced.

I could never get into them.

That song/vid reminds me of Sting and the Police.

one reason i like rem are those hooks with like 5 melodies going on simultaneously, like fall on me or harborcoat

and then murmur with its combination of really reverby sounds and really dry sounding shit

none of this could really be done live

I generally enjoy Out of Time way more than I probably should.

As for getting into them, I just always liked his voice and the first album of theirs I bought was Automatic For the People. Needless to say, after that I was hooked.
