Last Saturday I attended this really small festival in Estonia headlined by Mono. They apparently flew here all the way from Asia just for this one show, as later this week they are playing Taiwan and before that they were in Indonesia. They played for 70 minutes, then they left the stage and stage lights went off. The people there were calling them out really loud for 20 (!) minutes for encore, but they didn't come out again.

Well, I don't know, but travelling across the whole world for one show in some forgettable European country, do 70 minutes as headliners, and then having people applauding them for 20 minutes with lights out, and not to show up, that's quite :(. For a lot of people there it seemed to be the best show of their lives.

shit, i wouldn't mind seeing them again. i love that band very much.
