Wiki says:
An internet-only "interactive music video" was released for "The Crying Tree of Mercury" by MTV in March 2000, directed by Billy Corgan.[20] It is no longer available through MTV's website.

MTV:
Thursday, March 9th - "thesmashingpumpkins@mtv" - Grammy-award winning artists, the Smashing Pumpkins, will perform a song from their next album "MACHINA/the machines of God," which is due out on February 29th. During the live show, MTV will premiere MTV.com's first ever interactive music video -- "The Crying Tree of Mercury" directed by Billy Corgan. The video will be available to online users throughout the week.

What's this video? Anyone has it?

I don't have it, but I remember it on the website. If I remember correctly, it was just some clickable flash animation thing that had symbols and images from the Machina artwork.

Yep just basically a lame flash animation. Pretty much the same as the web site.
