if it makes you feel any better isaw them and they weren't that good. i've heard tonnes of good things though so maybe it was an off night in a bad venue.

they dont suck theyre just not very good live.

i was aware of another band i like playing that night. but they were local and passed the opportunity thinking "they'll be back".

my drummer went though and described it to me. "they sucked. for the first 10 minutes, the guy played one note while the drummer hit the tambourine every now and then." to me, that sounds fucking awesome. he didn't stay long enough to see if they played their more rockin shit. the venue they played usually cranks it too.

after seeing this, i can't imagine them being anything other than totally crucial live:

i dunno once you've seen limited express (has gone?), ni hao! and the king brothers you kinda expect a little more from a japanese rock band

i think you get a lot more japanese bands on your side of the globe

i grew up in a subsuburburber north of copenhagen. i never see those slugs where i live now. they're so gross. especially the red ones

I only remember big yellow and black ones. and strawberries.
