You can't charge for cups for hard liquor, bad form. The 'cup system' just doesn't apply to shots. I'd say do it for free but if you really have a shit-ton of alcohol just ask for $5 at the door from everyone.

this sort of cup charging thing doesnt happen in england, please elaborate... how is it possible to regulate that without having to appoint some kind of bouncer type? and isnt it kind of miserly?

parties that i go to are kinda communist, some people have more beer but not enough smokes, some people arrive with nothing and dibs half on extra, the aim is surely to get everyone in the same condition to party.

ciGarski

charging cups is for keg parties. you buy a keg and some plastic cups and people come over and buy a cup from you with unlimited refills until the keg or kegs go dry.

until the keg or kegs go dry.

THEN YOU BEAT SOME ASS YES YOU DO

BumbleBeeMouth

doesnt that kind of ruin your night though? What im trying to say is you have to look after all these kegs all night...

Bloke walking in the woods with a girl, after a while the woods get quite dark.
"im scared" says the girl
"fuckin hell-you think your scared" he says"ive got to come back this way on my own".

ciGarski
07-06-2008, 05:10 PM
why do you have to look after the kegs?

BumbleBeeMouth
07-06-2008, 05:44 PM
cos then everyone would just drink the beer?

ciGarski
07-06-2008, 05:54 PM
everyone is supposed to drink the beer

cos then everyone would just drink the beer?

theoretically one can't drink the beer unless ones buys a cup, thus no need to guard the keg, only the cups.

one could bring a cup or drink straight from the tapper, thus committing a "party foul" wherein said person would be KILLED TO DEATH

he doesn't live in chicago,

and usually when someone who lives in a suburb and calls it chicago they're probably talking to someone from out of state who would have no clue where the hell schaumburg or buffalo grove would be

i went to school at UIUC- where incidentally, i had most of all encounters with suburbanites claiming they were from the city. i never got as far as caring to ask why they do it but i figured if this were such the case i should ask now that i can remember to. my bad, guys. just intrigued by this curious behavior is all.
