he locked an SP based thread instead of deleting the off topic replies
he openly is rude to me.

but we have had bad admins before- so he is just following the status quo i guess

Average, I guess. Never had a problem with him that I can recall. Was pretty personable when we met, despite the fact I am socially retarded.
