Kind of disappointed. They took a step backward from "Classics" and went a little more mellow as if they were trying to re-invent their self-titled debut. They failed, though. I am going to give it a few more listens from beginning to end and give it a fair shot, but I liked the other two albums instantly and still consider their debut to be one of the best instrumental albums ever released.

Agreed. It lacks both the density and immediacy of Classics. That album really jumps out of your stereo. The first time I heard Classics I needed it asap. EP3 is kind of a boring retread. Also, it's high time they got a couple new guitar pedals amirite?
