I don't like Hummer because simply I find the song boring. *shrug* There's some nice guitar work in it, but its not heavy enough or weird enough like Silverfuck. So I voted for Hummer because if you have to choose between the two, I'd go with Hummer. I think its an overrated tune in the Pumpkins discography anyway. . .
