Notes
-----
Main menu & chapter menu. Some "buffer errors" during the show are the cause for lost footage. i have faded in and out when this happens. Thirty-Three is pretty shaky.. I was getting pretty tired of being a human tri-pod. A minor audio error is presents during 1 song on disc 1 error is from the original audio recording not the encoding process. The Audio was recored from the balcony next to my camera.
Some Highlight: Billy does a lot of banter most of which are very funny. First appearance of Death From Above. Only appearance of Promise Me. Last (as of date) appearance of 7 Shades of Black & Translucent. Jimmy loses his right drum stick towards the end of Doomsday Clock, and more!
A HD 1080i BLU-RAY version currently not available for public circulation but does exist.

MonteLDS 05-23-2008, 12:39 PM Just a note, I did not get anyone to help check out the DVD before i released it. I have checked only the players in my house along with the PCs w/ DVD drives and they all seemed to work fine for the most part..

MonkeyMan 05-24-2008, 01:05 PM has anyone watched this video yet?
I've watched a little of disc one. Quality seems fine so far.
MonteLDS 05-24-2008, 01:28 PM i was mainly concerned about the menu's. i knew what the footage would be like.. thanks
MonkeyMan 05-24-2008, 01:53 PM Menus seem to work fine.
TheMilstead 05-24-2008, 02:16 PM *patiently waiting for the torrent*
MonteLDS 05-24-2008, 02:20 PM you might as well download some of the direct link files while u can to save u some torrent waiting time
I watched Disk 1 last night (iso > vlc on my 1080p sharp screen) (so idon't know about dvd players)
it was good, no hickups
sounded great. (jimmy lookes like everything is pancakes)
menus worked good.
watching hummer is the best! nails every note every time! :)
i've got both disks seeding on the torrent now, however long it takes.
sendspaces took 2 hours per disk.. so it realllllly is the better way to go
smashing0 05-24-2008, 02:47 PM i'll be helping with the torrent in a couple minutes
mickyshambles 05-24-2008, 03:10 PM cheers monte:cheers:
MonteLDS 05-24-2008, 03:13 PM One of my friend was able to download from sendspace in 1hr for disc 1.
davin 05-24-2008, 04:50 PM
Edit: sorry i wasn't able to check it for you before friday. been too busy lately. but i checked it out late last night (early this AM) and its all good.
Rickpat12 05-24-2008, 05:48 PM I'm using Image Burn to try and copy it to a disk to play on DVD. I just installed it and really don't know what I am doing, but I tried "building" the iso file to the disk and it says there isn't enough space on the disk. It's a normal blank cd. What should I do?
davin 05-24-2008, 06:02 PM you need to get some blank dvds and try again. make sure your burner can burn dvds as well as cds, though.
MonteLDS 05-24-2008, 06:23 PM CD?? dude this is a DVD
davin 05-25-2008, 02:20 AM TA to the motherfucking FH.
let all thee in the land know that on the eve of july 16th, this song fucking rocked.
Rickpat12 05-25-2008, 02:41 AM Yeah I know it's a DVD. And btw, it looks great on the VLC player. I was just trying to write it onto a blank disc. It appears though that I need blank dvds instead of cds? But as you said Monte, Image Burn should work?
MonkeyMan 05-25-2008, 11:29 AM Yeah I know it's a DVD. And btw, it looks great on the VLC player. I was just trying to write it onto a blank disc. It appears though that I need blank dvds instead of cds? But as you said Monte, Image Burn should work?
Image Burn is what I used, and it worked. I think though since the file is already an .iso, it should be in write mode rather than build mode.
davin 05-25-2008, 12:12 PM yes, get some dvds and just double-click on the iso file (if your image burn file associations are set correctly, it should just open and be ready to burn)....no need to build, as monkeyman said.
p.s. translucent was wonderful. gave me the shivers watching/hearing it.
MonkeyMan 05-25-2008, 12:43 PM I love the banter on this show.
jimmy drevpile 05-25-2008, 01:16 PM thankx
Rickpat12 05-25-2008, 03:19 PM Yeah just watched the whole thing. Great show. They should really play 7SOB more often.
MonteLDS 05-25-2008, 04:27 PM i watched this show in HD yesterday.. and wow-
MonteLDS 05-25-2008, 11:29 PM all the bandwidth is gone.. you will need to use the torrent now
http://thepiratebay.org/tor/4202095
danm, that's lots of bandwidth eaten up.

was it 1TB between this & the utah show?
MonteLDS 05-25-2008, 11:57 PM was it 1TB between this & the utah show?
yup and the utah show really didn't get too much more downloaded than the SF show
what's it gonna take for the high def versions???
a snail mail tree?
give us candy, we want the bubblegum machine! :)
MonteLDS 05-26-2008, 12:15 AM it will be a high level trade only... the Blu-Ray Discs cost $10-13 25GB and would take 1 50GB disc about $25
for the most part i will only consider HD for HD as a trade
Zero23 05-26-2008, 01:05 AM Monte, huge thanks for this.
mickyshambles 05-26-2008, 07:33 AM it will be a high level trade only
what does this mean? would i be able to send you a disc for a copy?
TicalFSU 05-26-2008, 08:25 AM BTW great video Monte.
/grateful
MonteLDS 05-26-2008, 09:42 AM what does this mean? would i be able to send you a disc for a copy?
read everything i said.. not just the 1st few words
mickyshambles 05-26-2008, 10:59 AM read everything i said.. not just the 1st few words
i did read it. i was confused when you gave the prices of the discs and also said "for the most part".
so what is a high level trade anyway? i'm not trying to mug you off. just interested.
Rickpat12 05-26-2008, 06:26 PM Another noob dvd burning question:
My laptop is a DVD+R and my dvd player at home is DVD-R. I used DVD+R blank dvds and only disc 2 plays on my dvd player. Both play fine on the laptop. I then burned another dvd, the Milano show with DVD-R blank dvds. It plays fine on the laptop but won't play on the dvd player. Anyone know how I can easily burn discs so they are compatible with my dvd player?
MonteLDS 05-26-2008, 09:02 PM buy a newer dvd player

I'm pretty sure the Milano DVD is in PAL format. Maybe this is the problem.
MonteLDS 05-26-2008, 11:13 PM just a heads up July 15th 2007 show coming this weekend.. United States will be missing unless someone can get me a complete clean audio of that song.
just sync the audio from the LIVE EARTH performance.
Skradgee 05-27-2008, 12:00 PM or just use the camera audio for the missing parts of that one song? I'm sure it doesn't sound great, but wouldn't it be better than cutting out the whole song?
MonteLDS 05-27-2008, 12:49 PM Uh, trust me it sounds horrible-
redbull 05-27-2008, 01:59 PM just go silent for the missing portion or do a video fade. Its dumb to cut the whole song out.
lucid_interval 05-27-2008, 02:15 PM Uh, trust me it sounds horrible-
so horrible youd rather leave it? surely something is better than nothing.
Bobbin TB 05-27-2008, 04:46 PM it will be a high level trade only... the Blu-Ray Discs cost $10-13 25GB and would take 1 50GB disc about $25
for the most part i will only consider HD for HD as a trade
so does that mean an iso download is out of the question? i usually use my pc to watch them and dont feel like spending 25 bucks a disc anyway... just a thought.
MonteLDS 05-27-2008, 05:06 PM There is no plan for a public High Def release of any of the shows as of now.
If someone else taped a show in High Def and wanted to trade than I would consider it. I would want to see a SD version 1st as I would imagine would be the case for them to verify that having a HD show w/ their camera work and audio sync was worth it
commando 05-27-2008, 05:50 PM Great show. They play seven shades a bit weird in my opinion, though.
MonkeyMan 05-27-2008, 06:33 PM Great show. They play seven shades a bit weird in my opinion, though.
I thought so too. Something just seemed off about it.
mickyshambles 05-30-2008, 09:46 AM i watched this last night. bad-ass dvd monte.
Rickpat12 06-02-2008, 05:23 PM just a heads up July 15th 2007 show coming this weekend.. United States will be missing unless someone can get me a complete clean audio of that song.
What's up with this Monte? Waiting on a United States audio? Sorry for badgering, I'm just excited to see it. Especially if it's as good of quality as your 16th DVD.
MonteLDS 06-02-2008, 07:56 PM the video on the 15th is just as good if not better? i am attempting to get a 2nd source for United States.. any listen able version
