Yep. You can buy a $120 DVD player that won't play PAL format, or you can buy a cheapo $30 DVD player that will.

cheap or expensive doesn't really have anything to do with it. its just that most mainstream stores here don't carry players with these features so most "average americans" don't have them. which makes it especially hard to when i want to share pro-shot videos like this one with more casual SP fan friends.

not including computer-based players, i have two players hooked up to my home theater system to cover all the bases/formats (region free, PAL, NTSC, mp3cd, vcd, divx, dvd, -r, +r, cd, cdr, cdrw, sacd, mpg, etc.).

This show will be broadcast on Finnish tv on August 7th. Should be better bitrate and actual 16:9 broadcast. I can make a dvb capture.
