saw them maybe 4 weeks ago. fucking terrific

i keep seeing their vinyl everywhere i go.
if i were to get into them, where should i start?

saw them just last month as well
it kinda felt like the guys from SOTL were backing up the strings
and not the other way around

overall seeing them live left me feeling sad, i guess there'll never be another godspeed.
i got to stop living in the past.

on another note: I can't stand when people go on about Explosions in the Sky, fucking boring major key noodling with delay and people act like its the most holy musical experience of their life live. Blink 182 could probably pull if off just as well as they do.

This comment reminds me of Chris Farely's unpleasent reaction in that old SNL hidden camera skit when finds out his coffee is actually made of Colombian decaffeinated coffee crystals [even though it tastes like rich-bodied, regular coffee].
