I have never actually heard that song outside of the movie but it sure makes that scene even creepier.

On a somewhat related note, once while riding in the car with my sister (who is pretty creeped out by even the thought of that movie) Tom Petty's "American Girl" came on and I half-yelled "IT PUTS THE LOTION ON ITS SKIN OR IT GETS THE HOSE AGAIN!" and scared her enough that she pulled over and threatened for five minutes to kick me out of the car and make me walk home. Then when we got home I yelled something like, "PUT THE FUCKING LOTION IN THE BASKET!" and I am pretty sure she didn't talk to me for the rest of the day. Ah, good times...good times..
