In fact, I wondered how they could even make a movie out of this novel. It was a pretty good read though. Got slow near the middle-end. redbull 01-14-2010, 08:45 PM the book was ok when i read it in like 7th grade uhm this movie looks awful wHATcOLOR 01-18-2010, 12:18 AM i tried to like this movie, but it really was not very good. bummer Elvis The Fat Years 01-18-2010, 12:33 AM a year of expectations crushed in a few hours. brutal. wHATcOLOR 01-18-2010, 12:34 AM nearly two years, i made the thread in march 2008. the movie got delayed several times. but yeah, bummer. to be fair, maybe it's that the story might not translate well from book to film, no matter who made the movie.. even so, disappointed. Elvis The Fat Years 01-18-2010, 12:44 AM oh. so it's only a 'bummer' disappointment not a :throws beer at the wall: disappointment. that's not too bad. wHATcOLOR 01-18-2010, 12:56 AM yeah, that sums it up pretty well Sonic Johnny 01-18-2010, 01:24 AM i liked the book.
