I don't think so. The skirt is pretty standard-issue... doesn't look like Gaultier to me. The shirt is pretty neat, but looks kinda cheapy. I mean, I think its charming... I wouldn't change it - but not the work of a professional. Maybe it looks different in person or in better pics.
