Does anyone like this more than The Everlasting Gaze? I love the synthesizers on this song and the way it sounds more stripped down. It reminds me of Gary Numan. The whole thing has a much more sinister electronic vibe. Like something off of The Pleasure Principle but with a heavy metal edge to it.

I know it's off-topic but thats really sad what happened to Ledger. He will be missed. I was actually just watching a great movie called Candy with him in it a few nights ago.

I saw the picture of him in here and I just felt compelled to say something.

i listen to disco king more than teg but then again teg was a single and all singles are over-played so my choice is disco king by default

(i feel like that sentence could be a palindrome if i really try at it)

I like the ominous almost gregorian chanty-synths in the "in the ways of your desire...." part of Disco King. You can kind of hear them in TEG too, but they're mixed really far back and behind a wall of fuzzyness.

Aside from that, TEG is a far better song. Especially for the A Capella part, which Disco King is sorely lacking

a better quality copy of Disco King would definitely own TEG, but I just find it too "saturated"

pretty much. I still don't like the a capella part in TEG, but the rest of it sounds great. The lyrics are better overall in TEG as well.
