1. PROTEIN- Quality aminos and lots of them.
2. CARBS- Complex, quality carbs, and lots of them, too!
3. A LOT OF HARD WORK
If you've ever had trouble really growing, or had trouble maintaining your hard-earned size, this product was designed specifically for you. CytoGainer gives you large portions of protein and carbohydrates, without the fat and sugar. If you're like most of us, you get plenty of fat and sugar in your diet, and you certainly don't have to supplement to get more of either. Forget about the unfomfortable, bloated feeling from cheap, high lactose, low quality whey proteins; CytoGainer contains the highest quality whey and whey peptides, and is 98% lactose free!
CYTOGAINER HAS IT ALL! Here are the hard facts
Each serving of CytoGainer contains 54 grams of plateau busting, shirt popping protein which as:
- Protein Efficiency Ratio - 3.6
- Biological Value - 104. Very high.
- PDCAAS 1.0
(Protein Digestibility Corrected Amino Acid Score)
Matches highest Fed Gov't standard.
- Net Protein Utilization - 94%
You can use all you get!
- Protein Digestibility - 95%
It doesn't just get in your mouth,
it gets into your muscles!!
CytoGainer contains glutamine-rich partially pre-digested whey peptides for improved protein synthesis. Each serving also contains whey fractions shown to help increase IGF-1 (insulin-like growth factor). Your body's response to these whey fractions, along with the branched-chain aminos found in CytoGainer, are primarily responsible for muscle growth.
HOW ABOUT THE CARBS?
With no simple sugars, no fructose, and no sucrose, CytoGainer's highly complex maltodextrins from corn hybrids are specifically designed to give you a time release energy effect. You won't believe how you'll be able to power through your most intense workouts feeling strong and energized.
You will also replenish muscle and liver glycogen after your workout so you can fully recover and grow! CytoGainer provides a stable and enduring fuel, enhanced to drive growth nutrients into your thirsty muscles!
USE CYTOGAINER THREE TIMES A DAY
The optimal time for a serving of CytoGainer is 30-45 minutes immediately after your workout. This timing is critical because your muscles absorb approximately 80% of the aminos and carbs necessary to help them grow during the two hour period immediately following exercise. CytoGainer supplies the right kinds of complex carbs in the optimum amounts to encourage your metabolism to convert and utilize stored body fat. For additional carbs, protein, and energy take CytoGainer as a snack or meal replacement multiple times throughout the day. A final serving just before bed will provide the fuels for growth and recovery while you sleep.
You won't believe how delicious, satisfying, and instantly soluble CytoGainer is in milk or water! You really can use a shaker or stir it in a glass. No matter how you mix it, you will find CytoGainer convenient, delicious, and effective in helping you build muscle!

How much does that stuff cost? Because if you look past all that hype it is just whey protein hydrolysate with creatine and glutamine. The maltodextrin is basically glucose. If you get a good deal on it then go hard but if there is a cheaper whey protein concentrate or hydrolysate it will probably do just as well for you.

with a gnc discount, it's like $36 (full price is like $50 i think) for 6 lbs. for me its just easier to have it all in one thing, as opposed to take the things separately. i've used protein separately, with some creatine and glutamine each separately, adn then trying to get carbs from other soruces, it wasn't nearly as effective, probably because i had trouble coordinating all that.
i'm up to about 12 lbs of increased weight now, though i can't lift for another week, i had a setback last week when i sprained my neck

i hit the 20 lb mark today, 20 lbs of lean hard dense muscle mass gained from my lowest weight in 2008. and again, to be fair, i was quite thin at that point. it wasn't a linear path to this point, about 2 months back i lost a good amount of my previous gains
j, try to take it slow when gaining weight, otherwise you're more likely to have stretch marks
also, pics or it didn't happen

those robot vids are only about 4 lbs ago. and at this weight, i'm not bigger than i've been in the past, so no stretch marks yet. to this point it's been more of a weight regaining

i take about 250g of protein a day. breakfast and protein shake in the morning, weight workout for about 3 hours, myoplex, start work around 9am, myoplex at noon, work till 3, cardio until 5, dinner and another protein shake. i will usually go for a brisk walk at night before i go to bed.
i started a variation of this workout when i started at IU and gained about 30 lbs in the year I played football. i lift a lot less now but do more cardio.
i started to take 1 pack of the "animal pak" mutlivitamins- they are pretty great but shit some of those things are huge. and they are the most foul smelling vitamins ive ever seen.

seriously though. ive got terrible arthritis in most of my major joints. if I don't work out enough i get bad swelling in my knees and shoulders-kind of backwards i know. i would say im actually working out about 2 1/2 hours of that 3. 30 minutes or so of that is stretching in between workouts
