"We are currently rehearsing for the new tour, and are working on 10-12 songs we haven't played since reforming, spanning all periods of the band. We are hopeful to put together a completely new set for this arena tour that would feel a lot different from our 2007 shows."

I'm hoping for:
- Mayo
- Siva
- Soma
- Ruby
- I Am One
- Rhino
- Stumbleine
- Bodies
- TOASE :D

But I guess they'll be playing these instead:
- Behold! The Night Mare
- Cash Car Star
- By Starlight
- Everlasting Gaze
- Try, Try, Try, Try, Try
- a 20-minute version of a HMM jam with an obcure cover tease that no one wants to hear, possibly the return of Rock On

when i first heard "ZOMG heavier sound in pumpkins reunion" like a couple of weeks before the Grand Rex show, i was kind of expecting billy to play Frail and Bedazzled. It seems like the kind of thing he would do - an old song that is relatively obscure but rocks really hard

Soot and Stars

Oh fuck would I love to see a concert grind to an awkward halt as he limps his way through that

Like the first two, three minutes people are hooting and hollering, but by the end everyone has sat down on the floor, staring down at their crossed legs, unable to look up at the stage for fear of meeting Billy's eye

Several minutes of the most painful silence imaginable pass, Billy just staring out into the audience, and finally someone starts up this half-hearted clap

a completely new set? It would be great if they got into Pearl Jam territory, where they play anything any night.

Pearl Jam has been together as a band since what, 1990? These guys have been together since Last Feburary. Lets give them some time to build up the catalog.

Still, with 12 new songs, that would push total known/played songs to almost 90

Well, Billy did tell us folks in Philly that the fourth show was gonna be somethin' "different," but with the exception of the couple acoustic songs (only Rotten Apples & BSBT hadn't been played the previous nights) that show wasn't drastically different from the rest. Nonetheless, there'll certainly be some new (not played in the States) songs that will be played in Europe and so on, I'm expecting Stellar along with maybe two or three of the American Gothic songs. Billy will probably dig up somethin' from Adore or MACHINA also, but as for Gish, if they didn't play anything from it for the US tour (exception to the residencies), I don't think they'll play anything from it overseas.
