these promo pics look really awkward. based on these i'm already having doubts about the movie. david and gillian somehow look like they've really distanced from one another, its kindof weird and unexpected to see them in the same shot again. and since when did they ever look at directly the camera? even for promo photographs?

I'm hoping this is better than the return of that other symbol of the 90's i once was a fan of!

and photo 4 is basically just a GAP advert- mulder and scully never wore clothes that clean and new, i mean, they're underpaid feds, not murder-munching glamour cops. i mean, there are so many mixed messages here its unheard of.

I've been thinking about getting into the show recently. Never watched it when it was still pumping out new episodes.

I watched the first season recently and while it's a little dated, the first six seasons were really solid.

I watched it up until the movie or so but after that I lost interest and never really saw the end of the series. I forget a lot of it now, I should just start over from the beginning maybe.

stop when you get to the season where mulder is abducted. He came back at some point, thats all you need to know.

Season seven was uneven and the last two (sans Duchovny for the most part) was really hit or miss. Episodes were either really solid or terrible. Don't get me started on the finale.
