Why is that? Spain is a big market and Portugal is a very pleasent place to play (according to Billy, who said that Portugal is the best place on earth to give a concert). So what happened? Or maybe there is still a chance?

Be patient.
Anyway, if the Pumpkins didn't ******* Spain or Portugal in the tour I wouldn't be too disappointed. It's not been very long since the last time they were here.
And one thing: Spain is a big market, but badly enough, this country seems to ignore Billy more than any other country in Europe. I take a look at the charts and I get depressed.

Stop crying about it. Both countries were visited in the first part of the tour. What about South America and Asia?
SP didn't sell very well in either of the 2 countries, so it was actually pretty obvious they would not come back.
