Hey guys. This took me a long time to get back into torrenting shape. I re-encoded the AIF tracks to FLAC level 8, made new fingerprints & md5's.
The cd-sourced Pisces tracks, I left out. That's the only line here I wouldn't cross. The rest is complete.
The tracks are all from their original releases, as described in the txt. file.
That means that potentially superior RTS cuts, may have different mastering etc. on their official, vinyl counterparts featured here.

I hope you all seed long time.
I also hope somebody hooks me up with a Zeitgeist dvd and maybe some Ma Belle Flac
This is probably the only thing that's made my tenure worthwhile :p This, and Linda's titties.

i've got 1.25 gig downloaded, and my download started almost right after the torrent was created. don't know what's going on with the rest of you, but i suspect it's got something to do with your client. i'm on azureus.

but the compilation contains stuff off pisces iscariot + friends. how many of those do you think exist? it's not impossible, but i think it's very unlikely that the seeder is the owner of that tape.

As a matter of fact, the extended Daughter version is from Reel Time Sessions. I remember now that I didn't download that track and personaly replaced it, never knowing I would upload the collection myself. The PI&F track was sourced from RTS, so no foul.

I was using the original Torrent from btjunkie and it was working great... in the middle of the night I lost all seeds. This a.m. I saw the link to the mininova torrent and am currently using that one. Currently using the mininova torrent I have 13 peers and no seeds....

Keeping fingers crossed that some seeds connect soon

I only selected about 15 songs out of the torrent to be downloaded. However, there were about 10 extra songs that "downloaded". When I tried to play the songs, they wouldn't play, and Windows said they were no longer on the drive even though I was looking at them.

This may just be the craziest torrent I've dealt with. I would expect no less from Netphoria. :D

The speeds have greatly improved. Once the first person got to 100%, for some crazy reason, I'm actually able to seed at avg. 100kps, now, personally.

no. no qaos tracks were out yet when this torrent was first seeded. i assume kitty kat is the siamese dream advance promo tape version.

we first went over our eac settings, to assure they were correct, and identical where needed (such as gap settings). that way it no longer matters who rips what.

i'm not sure what bobbin's further plans are, but maybe he indeed wants the same flac version too. it's not that hard to re-encode flac files with whatever desired flac version and settings.

I have Black Oblivion and those 2 Machina promos in lossless.
I also have the original CD with Four Leaf Clover I can rip if needed.

The Westwood One stuff I suggested was originally distributed as 3 bonus tracks with 1993.09.15 I think and usually appears in people's bootlists, but I think they're from an official promo - preFM quality Blue, Siva and Suffer recorded in Westwood Studios, London, 1991. I thought they'd be good candidates for high-quality example live versions of these songs. I have the flacs somewhere.

I know the Thir13en remasters are a source of debate, but he has just posted this on ZOMB and it includes the Westwood One Promos....

I think it's Sun that ends with a couple of seconds of silence and then the sound of a needle of a record player lifting off the vinyl. Like it's the end of the vinyl side. Not really ideal for a compilation.
I have two sources for the Batcave mix. A South-American promo (silver cd), and a in-house promo cd-r. There might be a mastered-premaster difference. Which one is most interesting?

It's a Machina era recording of the track from this (http://www.splra.org/wiki/index.php?title=Tsp2000-03-07b) show. It might not even be worth adding, I don't know. 'The End' radio station in Seattle would host these Endsessions in which a band would play to a small audience. They've put out a few compilations with various tracks from the sessions.

No idea, but I've seen it a lot that words get replaced in quotes, mainly by the letter A. I haven't seen that happen when I quote someone though.

This song was originally intended to be on the Pumpkins' 1993 album Siamese Dream, but it was pulled at the last minute. This song comes from a promo cassette distributed before the album's release. The mix is different from the later release of the song under the title "Hello Kitty Kat" on the "Today" single; the vocals are not distorted on this version.

The actual title of the song on the promo cassette was "Kitty Kat".

I received this in a trade back in 1995 from a guy who owned the cassette. Unfortunately, his cassette had become partially demagnetized, so the first 1:30 of the song suffers from an annoying whooshing/phasing. I have never found anyone with another copy of this, so as annoying as that "whooshing" may be, it's the best available copy.

i suggest cd wave editor though, for such a simple job. it's all you really need, and you can't end up with a sector boundary error. why go through the trouble of fixing them and maybe "fixing" them incorrectly, if they can be avoided?
