Okay, I checked out the youtube "The Rose March" video from the 'A Day in the Life' series (where Billy is recording a demo of the song) and was able to figure out a couple of chords. if you want me to do a proper tab, I will be able to post it this weekend.

It doesn't seem like it'd be the hardest song, especially if you're just going for the chords. . . though I think the live Billy+Lisa version tab arranged for acoustic guitar would be swell.

Yeah it seems pretty good, besides the D/F# which as you said sounds wrong. Also, tuning down a half step and putting a capo on the seventh is kind of useless.
