And she shoots him because she wants her dog back? That flick looks awful. Or awesome. I can't decide which.

I may actually go see the new Stifler movie that weekend instead.

In other news, go see "3:10 To Yuma". Yes, you. The person reading this sentence. By reading this you have to go see "3:10 To Yuma" right very now. Get off the phoria and go. Cheers.

No, this movie looks better. She shoots the gangbanger cause she wants her dog back. That's some deep shit. And it has Terrance Howard in it so you know it'll be deep shit. He was in the Fiddy Cent movie, afterall.

it'd be great if that one scene was the whole movie.

"gimme my dog back!" *blamblam*

Hell, the whole movie should just be her losing her shit, wanting stuff back.

"GIVE ME BACK MY DOG!"
*BLAM!* (Shoots gangbanger)
"GIVE ME BACK MY SON!"
*BLAM!* (Shoots Evil Lt. Dan)
"GIVE ME BACK MY CAREER!"
*BLAM!* (Shoots agent)

And so forth.

This movie seems to have the same premise that the awfully reviewed "Death Sentence" that came out two weeks ago has. From the previews it looks as though both stories go the same: the main character witnesses the brutal murder of a family member at the hands of some gang-bangers, the legal system does nothing to bring about justice, and this main character decides to take matters into their own hands and serve out some vigilante justice.

It's pathetic how unoriginal Hollywood studios are right now. This summer was flooded with mostly bad sequels ranging from Spiderman to fuckin' Mr. Bean (I take it this guy's gotta be popular in the UK still, I can't see any reason why another one of these would be made).

The Foster film looks pretty fucking good but it could get a little too preachy for its own good...
