For my wife's upcoming birthday she's getting an acoustic guitar and I was thinking about also ordering her one or several of the various published SP chord books, but I decided it might be more suitable/cheaper to make one for her.

I'm not too familiar with guitar tabs and chord sheets, so I need your help if you're willing. What I'd like are some links to tabs/chord sheets that are:

a) accurate to the actual song
b) for songs or parts of songs that would be more suited for a beginner. She is musically adept, but new to guitar, so keep that in mind please.

So, if you know of some links to stuff like that, please post them. Thanks in advance for any help :)

I used to go there for bass tabs and found some of them lacking...are the guitar ones better in general?

Everyone starts with Disarm. It's a good one for practicing basic chords.
