Now... this is a story all about how
my life got flipped, turned upside down,
and I'd like to take a minute, just sit right there
I'll tell you how I became the prince of a town called Bel-Air

In... West Philidelphia born and raised
on the playground is where I spent most of my days,
chillin' out, maxin', relaxin', all cool
and all shooting some b-ball outside the school

When a couple of guys said "we're up to no good"
started making trouble in my neighborhood,
I got in one little fight and my mom got scared
she said "you're movin' with your uncle and auntie in Bel-Air"

I whistled for a cab and when it came near
the license plate said "fresh" and had dice in the mirror,
if anything I could say this cab was rare
but I though now forget it, yo home to Bel-Air

I pulled up to a house about seven or eight
and I yelled to the cabby "yo home, smell ya later,"
I looked at my kingdom, I was finally there
to settle my throne as the prince of Bel-Air

MAN: Come and knock on our door!
WOMAN: Come and knock on our door!
MAN: We've been waiting for you!
WOMAN: We've been waiting for you!
BOTH: Where the kisses are hers and hers are his, Three's Company too!
MAN: Come and dance on our floor!
WOMAN: Come and dance on our floor!
MAN: Take a step that is new!
WOMAN: Take a step that is new!
BOTH: We've a loveable place that needs your face, Three's Company too!
BOTH: You'll see that life is a ball again!
BOTH: Laughter is calling for you!
MAN: Down at our rendezvous!

Making your way in the world today
Takes everything you've got;
Taking a break from all your worries
Sure would help a lot.
Wouldn't you like to get away?

All those night when you've got no lights,
The check is in the mail;
And your little angel
Hung the cat up by it's tail;
And your third fiance didn't show;

Sometimes you want to go
Where everybody knows your name,
And they're always glad you came;
You want to be where you can see,
Our troubles are all the same;
You want to be where everybody knows your name.

Roll out of bed, Mr. Coffee's dead;
The morning's looking bright;
And your shrink ran off to Europe,
And didn't even write;
And your husband wants to be a girl;

Be glad there's one place in the world
Where everybody knows your name,
And they're always glad you came;
You want to go where people know,
People are all the same;
You want to go where everybody knows your name.

Where everybody knows your name,
And they're always glad you came;
Where everybody knows your name,
And they're always glad you came;

Ten years ago a crack commando unit was sent to prison by a military court for a crime they didn't commit. These men promptly escaped from a maximum security stockade to the Los Angeles underground. Today, still wanted by the government, they survive as soldiers of fortune. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them, maybe you can hire the A-Team...

What would you do if I sang out tune?
Would you stand up and walk out on me?
Lend me your ears and I'll sing you a song
I will try not to sing out of key, yeah
Oh, baby I get by with a little help from my friends
By with a little help from my friends.
All I need is my buddies
By with a little help from my friends
I said I'm gonna get by with a little
By with a little help from my friends
Whoa oh oh oh oh
Said I don't know if that's what I'm sure do to, baby
By with a little help from my friends
Said I'm gonna make it with my friends
By with a little help from my friends
Whoa oh I'm gonna keep on trying
By with a little help from my friends
Said I'm gonna keep on trying.

Sometimes the world looks perfect
Nothin' to rearrange
Sometimes you just
Get a feelin' like you need some kind of change
Standin' tall
On the wings of my dream
Rise and fall
On the wings of my dream
Rain and thunder, the wind and haze
I'm bound for better days
It's my life
It's my dream
Nothin's gonna stop me now.

Beyond the rim of the starlight,
my love is wandring in star flight.
I know he'll find
in star clustered reaches
love, strange love
a starwoman teaches.

I know his journey ends never.
His Star Trek will go on forever.
But tell him while
he wanders his starry sea,
remember,
remember me.

And I bet we'll be together for a million more
Oh, it's like I started breathing on the night we kissed
And I can't remember what I ever did before

And there ain't no nothing we can't Love each other through

I normally agree when it comes to covers of Beatles songs but Ringo sang that one. Joe Cocker's version is better.

would you like to swing on a star?
carry moonbeams home in a jar
and be better off than you are
or would you rather go to earth

an earthling's a creature as plain as can be
he's not as unique as you or me
his body comes in lots of different shapes
they say his relatives were chimps and apes
but if you take my advice for what it's worth
you could be happy there on earth

or would you like to swing on a star
carry moonbeams home in a jar
and be better off than you are
you could be swinging on a star (yeahyeah)
you could be swinging on a star.

I just saw some updated version on Fox Kids - it had those stupid new animal ones (like some shark who was the head bad guy), but it also had Optimus Prime in it, except he looked really stupid and... organic, and he transformed into a truck with a big winch arm for some reason. What a bunch of crap

I don't give a damn 'bout my reputation
You're living in the past it's a new generation
A girl can do what she wants to do and that's
What I'm gonna do
An' I don't give a damn ' bout my bad reputation

Oh no not me

An' I don't give a damn 'bout my reputation
Never said I wanted to improve my station
An' I'm only doin' good
When I'm havin' fun
An' I don't have to please no one
An' I don't give a damn
'Bout my bad reputation

Oh no, not me
Oh no, not me

I don't give a damn
'Bout my reputation
I've never been afraid of any deviation
An' I don't really care
If ya think I'm strange
I ain't gonna change
An' I'm never gonna care
'Bout my bad reputation

Oh no, not me
Oh no, not me

Pedal boys!

An' I don't give a damn
'Bout my reputation
The world's in trouble
There's no communication
An' everyone can say
What they want to say
It never gets better anyway
So why should I care
'Bout a bad reputation anyway
Oh no, not me
Oh no, not me

I don't give a damn 'bout my bad reputation
You're living in the past
It's a new generation
An' I only feel good
When I got no pain
An' that's how I'm gonna stay
An' I don't give a damn
'Bout my bad reputation

Oh no, not me
Oh no, not
Not me, not me

Look at what's happened to me-,
I can't believe it myself.
Suddenly I'm up on top of the world,
It should've been somebody else.

Believe it or not,
I'm walking on air.
I never thought I could feel so free-.
Flying away on a wing and a prayer.
Who could it be?
Believe it or not it's just me.

It's like a light of a new day-,
It came from out of the blue.
Breaking me out of the spell I was in,
Making all of my wishes come true-.

Believe it or not,
I'm walking on air.
I never thought I could feel so free-.
Flying away on a wing and a prayer.
Who could it be?
Believe it or not it's just me.

Flintstones, Meet the Flintstones
They're a modern stone age family
From the, town of Bedrock
They're a page right out of history
Let's ride, with the family down the street
Through the, courtesy of Fred's two feet
When you're, with the Flintstones
Have a yabba, dabba, doo time
A dabba doo time
We'll have a gay, old time!

I wonder if a modern cartoon would have the word gay in the theme song....

... and the #1 song is:

Just two good old boys,
Never meaning no harm.
Beats all you ever you saw,
Been in trouble with the law
Since the day they were born.

Straightening the curves,
Flattenin the hill.
Someday the mountain
Might get them
But the law never will.

Makin their way-
The only way they know how
That's just a little bit more
Than the law will allow.
Makin their way-,
The only way they know how.
That's just a little bit more
Than the law will allow.
Just two good old boys
Couldn't change if they could.
Fightin' the system like two modern-day Robin Hoods.

Sorry, I have one more:

Baby if you've ever wondered,
Wondered what ever became of me.
I'm living on the air in Cinncinati,
Cinncinati WKRP.

Got time and tired of packing
And unpacking.
Town to town
Up and down the dial.
Maybe you and me were never meant to be,
But baby think of me once in a while.
I'm in WKRP in Cinncinati-.
